If you have not used any credits from a pack, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase via hello@fekhayal.com or support@fekhayal.com.
You can cancel anytime from your account page. Access stays active until the end of the paid period.
Credits used for images, video, or other tools are not refundable as cash. Failed generations are refunded automatically as credits.
If a payment was completed via MyFatoorah (KNET / Visa / Mastercard / Apple Pay / Google Pay) or Paddle, email support@fekhayal.com first about any dispute. The dispute may then follow the payment provider’s own policy.
Email hello@fekhayal.com or support@fekhayal.com with purchase details. We never ask for or store your bank card data.
