You may not use Khayal to create illegal content, hate speech, or material that harms others.
Do not use real brand names or likenesses/descriptions of known real people in prompts. Khayal only generates original, independent visual identity.
Every image passes an OCR check so there is no fake in-pixel text. Generation may fail or retry automatically — credits spent on a failed attempt are refunded.
Credits cannot be transferred between accounts or redeemed for cash. A subscription grants credits and benefits for the current billing period; you can cancel anytime from your account to stop renewal.
You may use the images you generate commercially. We claim no ownership of your prompts or the resulting images.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept them.
